In all seriousness I am the owner and maintainer of the Techreational Forums.
I've done some forum admin on and off for several years, and phpBB is what I'm most comfortable with.
It's mostly a vanilla install with an addon to anonymise IP Addresses every so often.
All the forums should be self-explanatory and you're welcome to check them out.
My aim with the Technology and Recreation idea is to try attract a wide variety of people and try revive the forum communities a little bit with Discord being the popular tool these days.
I do IT during the day and have been doing web stuff on and off for the past few years, though not a particularly high level. Just enough to where I'm satisfied with the setup here.
